Healthy colleagues are happier, more alert, and able to work more safely and efficiently, both at sea and on shore, and we are particularly aware of the inherent challenges that seafarers face. Due to the demanding and isolated nature of their work and lives onboard, extra care and attention is given to their health and wellbeing.
By fostering a holistic approach to health, we place equal emphasis on the various aspects of personal wellbeing.

Well@Sea
Our onboard wellbeing programmes are delivered through Well@Sea, a digital platform available across our entire fleet. The platform gives seafarers easy access to activities, resources, and challenges designed to support their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout their time at sea.
Well@Sea plays an important role in supporting wellbeing on board, helping seafarers build healthy habits, stay connected, and access support whenever they need it. The platform reflects our commitment to providing accessible, meaningful wellness resources that help our people thrive both at work and in their personal lives.
