Great Taste Less Waste: A Cookbook to Fight Food Waste

As part of our fleetwide campaign to reduce food waste onboard, we launched our Great Taste Less Waste cookbook in November 2022.

The cookbook features recipes submitted by our people, for our people. Each one of the 20 healthy, delicious and easy recipes makes use of a common leftover ingredient.

Just like our crew, the recipes come from all around the world, featuring dishes from China, India, Philippines, and Europe.

The cookbook was distributed as a year-end gift to our crew, shore team, clients, insurers, banks, and other stakeholders.
